SDSV tender protested

The currently open SDSV tender from Petrobras was announced after approximately 2 months of silence and only 2 vessels qualified (Far Sound and Far Scimitar), although Petrobras had earlier mentioned potential for more vessels. The duo presented by Oceanica is not suitable, according to a well sustained recourse presented by Belov. As Chouest vessels presented on this tender are also qualified on another tender, should Oceanicasub not prove Belov wrong, Petrobras might move to award the vessels from Belov (Amaralina) and Assomaritima (Asso 25).
