New RSV Petrobras tender

Petrobras has opened a tender for the chartering of RSV (ROV Support Vessels) along with specialized technical services. However, the company did not specify how many vessels will be contracted.

The process will result in two contracts: one for the chartering and another for the technical services. Both contracts will have a firm duration of four years with the possibility of extension.

The tender is divided into two lots, covering both Brazilian-flagged and foreign-flagged vessels. There are two different start periods: Group A includes vessels expected to begin operations in December 2025 or within 180 days after the contract is signed, whichever is later. Group B includes vessels scheduled to start in October 2026 or within 360 days after the contract is signed.
