New SDSV is out

As WSB have been anticipating to its clients and partners, Petrobras released a new opportunity to charter Shallow Diving Support Vessels (SDSV). The tender will once again use the reverse auction process to sort out best offers among the bidders.

At this moment, tender documents/information have not yet been disclosed in Petrobras e-sourcing portal, other than the current deadline set to Feb. 26 and that both Brazilian and Foreign Flag offers will be entertained, with Brazilian tonnage taking preference and priority.
