Brava Energia, established from the merger of 3R Petroleum and Enauta, has completed the sale of 20% of the Atlanta and Oliva fields to Westlawn Americas Offshore for a total of $309 million.
The transaction was concluded after all necessary conditions were met and received approval from the ANP. The payment includes $234 million, in addition to $75 million already received at the contract signing in March, when the fields were still owned by Enauta.
